Family…. While I do admit as a photographer having a camera around family can really be a…… ahhh….. interesting thing. Spending a weekend in Sheffield to document the wedding of my niece was truly “Beautiful” I really do love my family.  They were married at the Burngreave Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Pitsmor, Sheffield, and the Village of Bradfield hosted the celebration along with the beautiful background you see in the last image.  That really hot looking Beauford was curtsy of Occasions Cars

Couldn’t really have asked for a better day, or a better couple.  I mean you could but why would you.   Joy was introduced to me by our mutual friend Myrdith Leon- McCormack, owner of World Bride Magazine, and a partner of the M2M Nail Polish line. While Joy and Frank (a rock drummer that found the fountain of youth but won’t tell anyone where it is) will be exchanging their vows on the island of Jamaica next year, the wanted to express their passion for each other here in New York.  We spent the day in Chelsea, “got to love it there, ” up on The High Line, and wrapped it up in the garden of their friend, and awesome fashion stylist Mia Morgan.   At Mia’s urging, Joy wore a dress she had on hand, and WOW is all I’ll say.

Here’s some of my favorite images.

I posted a photo of “Little Guy”  (that’s not his name, just what I call him)  on Facebook the other day and got a lot of feedback about him.  So I thought I’d explain just how this chance meeting came to be, and post a few more pics of him.   It’s not a long story, trust me.

I was shooting an Engagement Session with my great couple Joy and Frank, in Chelsea.  As we walked down 9th Ave we came across a man sitting with this little Bull Dog puppy in front of the Knickerbocker Meat Market of all places.   Besides looking cool, and cute, the puppy  just seem to fit in that scene.   We stopped for a few moments as he stole the show.  And he actually came up to me when I raised my camera and sat still at my feet for the shot below.  What a ham! (no pun intended) LOL

I know it’s been awhile since my last post but here we go.

What can I say about these two that the title didn’t say.  The way they vibe with one another would be obvious to any one with in a mile of them.  You don’t actually have to see, or hear them, but you can still feel them.  It’s what Life is all about.  When I ran into this couple at a recent wedding I shot, they were just the way I first met them about 4 years back before their own wedding.  And what does that mean?  Just take a look at some of my favorite images from a Just Us session I asked them to do with me.  The streets of Chelsea, and the High Line Park were the back drop for this day.

CK and Amber, you are AWESOME people, and a great couple.  Thanks for sharing guys.
